2.3 Third-Party Data

We collect publicly available data from AI platforms (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity AI, etc.) related to the brands and queries you track. This data is used solely to provide visibility analytics to you.

• Provide the Service: Track brand visibility, generate reports, display analytics
• Process payments: Handle billing, subscriptions, and invoices via Stripe
• Communicate with you: Send account notifications, product updates, support responses

• Security & fraud prevention: Detect unauthorized access, prevent abuse

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

4.3 Business Transfers

If AmpliRank is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with JWT tokens

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations:

• Canceled accounts: Data deleted 90 days after cancellation (unless required by law)
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years for tax compliance
